2023-2024 Board of Directors
ARTICLE IV, Section 1 -
The Board shall consist of seven (7) voting members who shall be the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Bench Show Chairman, and two (2) elective members, all of whom shall be members in good standing and all of whom shall be elected for one-year terms at the Clubs annual meeting and shall serve until their successors are elected. General management of the Club's affairs shall be entrusted to the Board of Directors, except in no one case may it spend more than the amount specified in the Policies & Procedures Manual without approval of the general membership.
